On November 9th, 2023, we celebrated the official opening of BARNES San Sebastián. While our team had already been active in the market since 2022, this date marked the formal inauguration of our boutique in the heart of the city.

On this occasion, we were joined by close partners, clients, colleagues from the international BARNES network, and friends of the brand. It was an evening dedicated to celebrating the opening of a new space and reaffirming our commitment to San Sebastián’s premium real estate market.

Located in Plaza Santa Catalina, our agency has been conceived as more than a real estate office. It is a boutique dedicated to architecture, lifestyle, and strategic advisory, where ambitious residential projects take shape—from contemporary villas to historic Belle Époque properties.
