UNICEF Event

On September 26th, 2024, BARNES San Sebastián participated in the fourth edition of Maitia, the emblematic charity dinner held at Hotel María Cristina during the San Sebastián International Film Festival. The evening brought together representatives from the cultural, business, and gastronomy sectors in one of the city’s most iconic venues to support UNICEF Spain and its work for vulnerable children.

The event, now established as one of the festival’s key charitable gatherings, aimed to raise funds for humanitarian programs providing essential supplies such as food, clean water, vaccines, hygiene services, and access to education in more than a hundred countries worldwide. BARNES’ participation reflected its commitment to social responsibility and its dedication to projects with a meaningful, positive impact, strengthening its presence in the city’s cultural and social life.
